In fact, changes to your life in BigLaw usually don’t work if they are built around the constructs that are part of the system and structure of the firm - because you don’t control those elements.

What really matters is change focused on what is practical, visible to the people who matter, and achievable even when you’re inside a system where you can lack control. That results in meaningful and powerful change, including when you take small steps to alter how you approach your work.
